I have a question , let's say I made an account today right ? I made 14 posts and my activity became 14 too , now tomorow is the activity reset , if I post and become with 15 (activity & posts) then don't post another 2 weeks (till the other activity reset) then when the reset happens I post 1 post and become with both 16 activity and posts , what's my potentional activity ? is it 28 or 42 ?

If you haven't posted then no. You will only get the 14 activity for that period. Activity is not based on merely how old your account is but how many two week periods you have posted in. Don't post in them and you won't get any activity.

The maximum amount of posts that will add to your activity points is 14, yes. You can make more than 14 posts a week.

You can make 1000 posts a fortnight but you would only get 14 activity. It's not possible to get more than 14 activity from one two week period.

No, not unless you made a post in 35 periods then you would become a Hero but it will still take you nearly 1.3 years. If you don't post in a period or miss it then you don't get the activity from it.
