Payment.id aka memo(on Alcurex) is important to give.
Coins are not lost if you did not gave payment.id, but it will not get deposit automatically and makes a lot work for us.
So, please remember to use payment.id(memo) with your deposit.
If you forgot to gave it, contact support and tell sender address and amount you are waiting.
