I did not buy coins in pre-sale, so I can not say anything .. but I participated in the bounty (+ Mining) , and got my coins as it should be without problems. purse the latest version works without problems, transfers to the stock exchange have all passed .. for me at the moment there are 2 problems
 1.- this is negative feedback ... they killed the price on the exchange, reduced the capacity of the network, people withdrew their money from the warrants for the purchase ... after the post that someone on the purse appeared a huge number of coins the exchange suspended the auction ..
 2.- Indeed the developer has not been on the network for a long time ... which is very confusing  Last Active:   September 07, 2017, 19:30:07
from all this there are two conclusions, or a coin was thrown ... or deliberately created a dump of coins in order to take it from weak hands.

p.s. I have 7000 coins, there is no point in selling at this price, they will be kept until the end ... or at zero or at a good price

 and yet, I read posts in the profile of people that write that the coin is scam ... they have all the coins on the scam ... or they are so unlucky or are offended by something to life

Well someone said that XLC is in beta stage, somehow I did not find any informations about it. For me I just hold my coins. If no better price comes, I do not sell. Until than mining other Altcoins.

Did they abandon this coin already after it was listed in the cryptopia and dump their coins?

I am getting error while trying to deposit to hitbtc below is the error i get

"Please note that XLC is an IOU for future issued token. Until the blockchain is released withdrawals and deposits are unavailable. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience."

I like this coin and I think need time to stabilize, and all be perfect when price go up
