Not at all, it was 2033 PTOY per ether. It's actually trading at a premium now so there's nothing to worry about.

How does this affect PTOY token holders?

The upgraded token will not be ready until Saturday, June 17.
All PTOY token holders will need to follow a short step-by-step process to implement the upgrade. These instructions will be provided in a subsequent update.

Since I have no access to my MEW during this Saturday to next Wednesday, will it be Ok if I do the upgrade later?

PTOY was suppoed to be added on Bittrex yesterday, is it simply delayed (if so, when ?) or is it canceled ?

The last we heard from Bittrex was that they were still conducting testing on the PTOY token. Once we know more, we'll comtinue to share it immediately with the community.

Here's the TL;DR: _While no problems were found in our recent security review, a fix aimed at mitigating future attacks caused an unintended problem. The solution requires a delay until Saturday, June 17 and all token holders will be asked to execute a simple upgrade process at that time.

I heard that Bittrex having an issue with ERC-20 Token, like MGO market that still not open after 24 hours of listing because wallet maintance. But when they done fixing the problem, i think they will listed PTOY ASAP.

When you falsely call something a scam, you endanger everyone because it diminishes the effect when there's a true scam in our midst. See the story of the Boy Who Cried Wolf for reference.
