I think that offline wallets are so much safer to use than online wallets. You can still use online wallet if you need quick transactions but I prefer offline to hold.

Online wallets hot wallets are usually used for daily transactions, etc. However offline wallet cold wallet are mainly used to safe keep coins for long term growth. I suggest if you're into investing in Bitcoin, have a multi-sig offline wallet, create 3 or more copy of them and stash them somewhere safe.

That's not partially true. Since all online wallets have their own security measures. You'll just need to to confirm everything they asked to tighten up your security, having multiple layers of your accessibility as well as its security.

The only reason why it is vulnerable is that, you didn't do what they're asking for you to do. To tighten it up, and the hackers could only cracked because its easy to have access over it, since it doesn't have multiple layers of security.

That is a cold storage since it's on paper, outside computer nor online wallet.

Offline wallet means your keys are stored on your desktop wallet. Even you accessed on internet, still you have control of your funds since you hold they keys literally. This may sound confusion but offline wallet doesn't mean you are not connected to internet.

In short we can say that offline wallets are considered as the most secure wallets while online wallets are not considered as more secure that is why online wallets are not suggested for more bitcoin. We do not often have full control on bitcoin in our online wallets.

I think it more safe when online bacause if offline i think it is non sense today because internet is our daily need if internet didnt work what happen to us?.

I would suggest paper or offline wallets because of increased security. Online wallets can always be hacked and therefore are less secure. However, phons are very common, and online wallets are convenient as well.
