Looks interesting indeed. One question though, why is the funds collected during the crowdsale be not escrowed? Please correct me if I'm wrong. It only says it will be deposited to a multi sig wallets. Thanks.

The crowdsale contract acts as the escrow for the 51% of the raised Eth, which is withdrawn to the DCORP contract by means of a voting process among token holders. After which the Eth will be used to fund projects by means of a proposal -> token holder vote. The remaining 49% of the raised Eth is withdrawn into a multisig account that is under the control of the team, this is meant to fund the development of DCORP and the Derivatives Exchange. Each team member is listed on the website, whitepaper and in this ANN with name and contact information. Our team also includes two lawyers, please don't hesitate to contact any one of us.
