I think DRP will be worth $100-$250 when DCORP reaches the end of their road map ...especially when holders begin to receive dividends.... who would want to sell their tokens that literally pays you for simply holding it and lets you decided what projects to back ..... as time goes by the dividends will only increase

It will depend on the impact once it will established on the exchanges. Yes by looking at the roadmap, even in any project, the worth is really valueable in the long run. But for price to established a decent one, it needs to have a big market capitalization.
Let's focus first to the close to reality. First target will be at least $50 at the time it was placed on exchanged or around that price range. Slow progress is better than hype progress.
