I took a look at the spreadsheet, and HabBear has had the red trust since like two and a half months ago, and he's still in the campaign. I don't think they're going to remove him anytime soon.
I don't consider HabBear's negative trust to be entirely legitimate so I've given them some time to work it out.

No. If I were to remove them and open a new spot, you would have to compete with everyone who wants to apply.
