Wow. I'm running 2 s1s on slush and ibpull in about .001 btc per block with about .01 every 5hrs or each day....    Each day approx .02 btc per day.

If i did the math right. It seems if u buy 1 th/s worth of s1s instead of one th/s miner, you will make your money back faster..just less of it.

Blocks are a little slow here on slushs lately but hey, I'm not complaining, im still make my money back.   And hey there's only so much you can do at 27m difficulty.    I'd say slush us doing great.   Got ripped off on a few blocks but I'm not worried, slushs pool always makes up for what you lost, in the end.

Remember your payouts are a lot higher per block also.

I know there was quite a run yesterday.
Are these wild fluctuations typical these days over here?

It would seem last year when i was using Block Erupters i would look over all the time and see "found new block".  maybe i need to dust off a few and see if they bring us luck.

I think its funny how people have come to believe that this magic cash cow will continue to give milk.
I've been mining with my own hardware since the beginning of the year.
From what I see is that home mining will soon come to a screeching halt.
Unless you have a way to cut your electric cost dramatically or the price of BTC skyrockets ( which is not going to happen ),
home mining will be over and done by early 2015.
The difficulty is going to skyrocket in the next few months, and like it or not the numbers dont lie.
Go to any BTC mining calculator and put in your  TRUE  numbers for power costs and speed and you will see what I mean.
Yes some people who have very low power costs and newer hardware that is more efficient will be able to hold on a few more months but anyone buying in now is done before they start.
It's not only the difficulty increase but what a lot of people don't know is that the BLOCK REWARD is soon to be cut if half.
Once that happens it doesn't matter what hardware you have you still dont have a chance.
