    because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and this is the greatest value at all before altcoins and bitcoin are also the most used primarily in trading. In bitcoin we also see people at elsewhere. and trustworthy.I think that all crypto currencies are the only way to unite people by a common idea

    i think It is the only currency which has scaled to the current levels and can withstand the heavy transaction load in the long run. and people who benefited spreed about bitcoin by themselves is the biggest reason for biticoin's popularity.

    Well i guess bitcoin is the most popular among all the cryptocurrency because it is the first to be introduced. It is even considered as the father of cryptocurrency.

    It's the first crypto that existed and all altcoins are relying to it so they can be traded and to have a value at the market. Even the transaction time and fees are huge pains, we can still successfully receive it and recorded as well.

    Obviously it is because bitcoin is the first and popular cryptocurrency that was made in entire world. Other coins are depending on it and considering it as their model. Bitcoin possess a lot of features that fiat currency don't have. It has a lot of advantages to the people. It can give fast transactions, employment, business and other things that benefitted individuals. People trusted bitcoin this much because it is widely used and proven worldwide.

    Yes Bitcoin is the most popular because it is the first crypto to be made, and it carries all the original ideals and aspirations of a true cryptocurrency. The purpose of Bitcoin was not to make money but to be the new money, to solve the problems of our current financial system and to revolutionize the global matket through a stronger monetary. This concept made bitcoin popular which made people wanting to buy it.

    Bitcoin may be the next Blackberry. It’s the first cryptocurrency that gained real exposure and real traction.

    Just because Blackberry was the first smartphone, it didn’t mean that it was the best. Wait until the next Apple or Samsung appears on the horizon, just in a cryptocurrency edition.

    Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency invented by Satoshi Nakamoto of Japan and now in use for transaction globally. There is a very limited supply of bitcoins globally and mining is a costly affair as well. Moreover, with the increase of trading the price of bitcoin is soaring up and thus making it more and more popular.

    was the 1st created, had the biggest network around and is already implemented. All other coins were just products based on bitcoin technology. (through forks and other it processes). Lot of people already in the crypto world but many of them let emotions got better of them. stay cool and don't sell at loss.
