$10,000/coin is possible but i don't know about $55k lol.

It's amazing how small our market cap really is. I wonder when the paradigm shift will be and cryptocurrencies take over fiat. Then we'll see 550k a piece.

I think this is great news, so I will not sell bitcoin if I do not need money, I'm sure bitcoin prices will continue to rise and this year will soon reach $ 5000.

No way.

But it will likely be back up to 3K within the next month... and when it is it will climb to 4K by the time you can blink, as the people with cold feet will join the left over sharks that didn't strike when the iron was hot (and it hasn't been hotter than now since it was in triple digits), and it will soar.  I know a lot of the people that got out when it approached 3K and put their money in liquid assets temporarily are re-investing back into BTC this very moment as they eyeball that 2100. 

Then it'll stabilize around that 4K for a bit, and then continue a slow but steady climb as more of those BTC ATM's will start sprouting up and even more institutions will accept it as currency.  And even the average Joe will learn about it and we'll start seeing lines at BTC ATM's, as more people start turning to it over putting their money in the bank with today's laughable interest rates.

By the end of 2018 it'll probably be sitting around 5K and still slowly & steadily rising.

And it's all beginning right now as I type.

But 55K?... although I have very few doubts about the potential of BTC that is extremely wishful thinking.  I can see 10K in 5 years, but consider that even wishful. 

maybe Warren Buffet is secretly buying all the BTC.. watch out.. This will make our PnD altcoin whales look like little shrimp  

That would be interesting if bitcoin reached that sort of prices, alot of people would be millionaires. Even some people with small holdings that sort of amounts could be life changing.

Interesting, coming from wall street? This will make another trend soon, for sure some are starting to buy silently bitcoin. I will keep even only 1 bitcoin up until 5 years and we'll see if I will have $55,000 by that time. It's already too much for me to have a living and will start a new business if that will happen.

Yes, we could see 55k or ever higher. 2017 is a promising year so far. If it continues the trend of regulation, media and public adoption, it could be more than 55k usd in 5 years. Enjoy the bumpy ride.

Exciting times in Cryptocurrency market. When more and more investors come into the market there will definitely be more price stability.
