We can’t wait longer. Our TSO has finished. Due to the fact that soft cap has not been hit, in accordance with the terms and conditions of TSO each investor has the right to refund. Instructions are described below.

We want to express our gratitude to all of you for your trust, for the valuable advices and support.
Unfortunately, we've got carried away with creating working prototypes and did not pay enough attention to advertising.

We continue the further development of SilentNotary project and we really need your support. We want to give our investors the opportunity to stay with us on very attractive terms.

As a loyalty bonus we propose to double the number of tokens you have bought at the expense of the project reserves. In the short term (not longer than 30 days), we will relaunch the TSO involving professional organizers and taking into account the mistakes that have been made earlier, and we will conduct token listing on the exchanges where the trading will start immediately after the end of TSO.

So, that's what we plan:
1. We make a refund to everybody who wants to leave the project.
2. At the expense of available reserves we double the number of tokens of the investors who decide to stay.
3. We conduct full-fledged TSO involving professional organizers.
4. We launch MVP and listing tokens on the exchange by the end of the TSO.

For those of you who want to get a refund: from 09:00 UTC 20 Sep 2017 till 09:00 23 Sep 2017 you have to send the tokens to address 0x0f30c808069315B3b7DfBfe149c87448B50C6D8B (our TSO wallet under Escrow control) from the same address to which you have received them. Within 48 hours from the receipt of the tokens, you will be fully refunded. Funds will be sent to the address from which the initial payment was made. You can refund any part of your tokens.

For those who wish to stay in the project - no further action required, within 24 hours after the end of the refund period you will receive the same number of tokens as you have already purchased.
