My opinion is if it deceives the members of the bounty is a scam in relation to the members of the bounty. I am in the spreadsheet but I was not paid.
Well there is nothing we can do about it , They scammed some and paid some , There is nothing we can do here . Just move on I guess . Not all project is honest we have to accept this . It is really sad because at some point I thought they have good project

To be honest I really do not care anymore it is probably not worth to waste more time on this , But for the record you guys managed this very bad . If not paying for all I totally had no problem I know the ICO was not good but paying for some and some no was really bad decision .
