The two projects are completely different. Atlant is just a platform where investors can buy and sell real estate. Token holders earn a percentage of the fees generated by the platform. They don't actually invest in real estate themselves.

REAL actually invests directly in real estate, so buy holding tokens you own a piece of the properties. There's no revenue stream for token holders beyond this.

Atlant also has a second business model where they will build a platform to compete with airbnb.

ATL is a token that is published on blockchain Ethereum. design will follow a standard implementation of token adopted widely.
and this will allow the holder of the token can easily store and manage token ATL with existing solutions.

Yes, pursuing both business models at the same time with the resources given is almost impossible. I can see it could make sense in the future once the real estate stuff is well established. In fact, Atlant could have a great advantage over other projects trying to compete with Airbnb. But for now I agree it's just too much effort and risk to  put resources into two risky business models at the same time while not even one of them has been proven yet. It multiplies the overall risk for Atlant as a whole.

Hope some movement in price but still waiting.No price movement from last two months. I put around 500$
