If you used a strong password to start with (random numbers, letters and characters) then you are, unfortunately, out of luck and have lost your NEO but if you used a simple English word (or whatever laguage you may have used) then dictionary crack would be possible, but how to do that in a neo wallet, or any wallet, I do not know.

I feel for you friend as I almost lost a couple of Bitcoin to a corrupted wallet ('Multibit HD', a s**t wallet) and had cold sweats for a few days until I recovered them.

This is a lesson to us all, keep a record of your password and keys and store them somewhere safe.
