I think paypie will focus more on their platform than their token value which can be used for their platform.
This is not good for speculators who usually only want to make short term investment.

There is no pre sale note on first page and maybe it doesn't exist on paypie project. This is good since the token will be spread during the crowdsale only, which is more transparent.

Actually, they didn't announce almost any details about ico.

We don't know, will there be a pre-ico, or what will be the bonuses etc. They are currently too busy with marketing.
