I believe anything is possible but before it can be proven we can only consider it an argument
if a player came up with an $ 80m wager a day this might be a little questionable. You can calculate the max bet in each game and combine it with a $ 80 million wager
I see it took 2 weeks for the top 10 players to increase their wager to $10-30 million.
You can believe in whatever you want, that is the beauty of freedom of speech, you can say whatever you want and your belief is not something anyone can argue as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. However simple math shows that if you are using a both, dealing with max bet possible, it would take less than an hour to reach 80 million dollars, there are now gambling bots that can wager much much faster than anyone else, and that allows people to reach to very high level places.
I am not saying that it is guaranteed that Stake didn't cheat, I can't prove that neither, but just because someone gambled 80 million dollars on one day doesn't automatically mean that is a cheat neither, that is not good enough argument for stake to be a scammer website after nearly 6 years of operations (with primedice) just so they do not have to give this amount of money.
