I don't really know what is the intention in fudding a project. You are right sir. Why do you need to do that? If you don't want the project then leave it, don't invest on that. It is simple as that don't make it complicated. It will lead you to danger.

This is a weighty accusation of the project. You cannot accuse it as scam until it is over. For the meantime the project is on process and under development. I believe those who comment negative in this thread also have the same motive, that this project is becoming a threat to its competitor that is why this rumor that Utrust is a scam is just non other than a black propaganda too.
