Hoping ICO is not postponed, because lately there are too many projects that delay ICO, I do not know their reason why they delay it

Postponement of a particular ICO is kind a like not normal these days. The not so good news about exchange shutting down on China in some way have contributed to the delay of some ICO. But hey! UTRUST ICO will continue, however the ICO structure was changed for some reason. 

this looks like pre-ico with extra step.
anyway, $10k is not that much, it will be done in a second the ico was open.

will the ico on 20th push through?

Great! I think Escrow support embedded in the project. If they act really fast, good results can come out. The graphics etc. are really super. Honestly, it looks like sincerely for me.

I have decided not to join an ico for a while, but i cannot stand it.
