I have PMd the DEV two times with no response or coins.  What gives?  Wallet is installed and running.

Guys... why are you unable to read an just stumble into this thread and askings questions that have been adressed a thousand times by now???  
Go to first page and READ!!! Devs get flooded with emails and has no time to answer because they are distributing your coins. Do you get that?

No need for sending two/three times... it will just take longer to distribute coins because of double send emails!
No point in asking the same questions everytime again.

the site still down lol, this is madness ahaha, coinexchange need more power and technical stuff.if it's keep going this way we may need new larger scale exchange site, maybe bittrex sound awesome for me.

Keep in mind that we only get data from one exchange on coinmarketcap since coinsmarkets is still missing as exchange
which can be beautifully observed in flat graph as long coinexchange is down.

When second exchange gets added we might see ALOT more volume
