yes of course, not more often than every 3 days. i mean checking gas price every day to chose the day for minting when it's low enough not to spend all the profit for the gas.

Above is not entirely correct.

You need to send 0 PoS to yourself. For gas limit use ethgasstation. If you tried with 5-10 at the moment I am writing this your transaction would probably fail. At the moment you need more than 40 gwei for gas. I remember the good days when I minted with 1 gwei

Myetherwallet should update your balance as soon as transaction gets executed, but ethplorer and etherscan can take long time reflect changes.
