It will, just past ~3.5 MH you'll start pulling more than an Amp from USB ports. Comes down to what kind of motherboard/computer you have...some ports are built for 2A+ per port, and others can only do 500ma before they will shut the device down because of too much power draw.

The description says it has 300mA per port. That means you won’t be able to overclock the stick much at all. You want one that gives around 2A per port.

with the 49 port  I found the most efficient 5 volt psu   it won't run 49 sticks  it will do  32 amps 24/7/365

 I think you could do 16 sticks  each with 2 amps  it would be a very nice mining setup  with the high efficiency psu
