Current ETH/ARTE exchange is very low.
You can buy 500ARTE for ICO for only 0,377ETH (~$330).

This is extremely small amount AFAIK.
Only lack of marketing hold this project in the pit.
First 5~10 ICO (tokens creations) can be made by industry insiders just to test service.

Do not know who bought the 40K ARTE at livecoin market, but i can't find any active sign at all , i think this is somebodys speculation, because there is little trade after that 40K trade.

i think you can only sale your address to sell all your 3000 ARTE, because your 3000 ARTE have to mint many years

A way to calculate the # of Coins in circulation should be possible to derive from the Smart Contract. It would also be nice if the dev could get an api going that calculates the total supply minus the burned coins from the ICO factory. Sort of in the same way that Elixir Token tracks their available supply. If that is created, then CoinMarketCap should be able to use it to adjust the total Circulating Supply on the Artemine page dynamically.

Another major milestone is that the ICO Factory has had the first ever and second ICO's deployed
