You guys asked me to proofread a part of your ann thread and I sent the corrected version right away to
wordcoin@bk.ruIt's been two weeks and I still have heard nothing back despite messaging and emailing you guys. SORT THIS OUT! If I don't hear anything on here either, I will believe that I have been scammed (which I'm starting to suspect at this point).
As I know it took you to much time to write to PR manager.
I replied back on the same day and I have email evidence of this. You guys are an absolute joke. The fact that you're gettin back to me now after numerous messages and emails to you and your "PR manager" shows just how open you are with your community.
Hello,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience and misunderstanding between us.
We were selecting our English proofreader among a few candidates and sent the test material to all of them at the same moment.
As the task was very urgent, we selected the one, who showed the best result in a short period of time.
All of the candidates were informed about the process and selection.
Finally, we've chosen the another person.
Sorry for not informing you on that because of my huge workload! And sorry for disturbing you after that!
Thanks for understanding!

How can you say that "all of the candidates were informed about the process and selection"
"If everything is ok" is supposed to be the process and selection?
I can understand you guys choosing another person to do the proofreading, but to reply to me only now after I publicly state these things is just embarrassing. And now you have the audacity to say that "all of the candidates were informed about the process and selection."
I'm not going to get into this any further, but you guys remind me of companies that have terrible customer service and will only care when someone makes a fuss out of it on social media.
Yes, I meant the process of selection by these words!
I repeatedly say I'm sorry this incident happened!
You gave me a very good lesson)
Best wishes!
