I don't understand this. How can you guarantee that 1 WORD = 1 $ or more??
It says in your whitepaper:
The starting exchange rates for WORDCOIN will be set at the pre-ICO, where 2,000,000 coins will be sold out. The amount of the funds, raised at the pre-ICO will be divided by 2 million WORDCOINs, enabling to determine the USD-denominated exchange rate.
Ok so let's say you will raise around 50 000 USD during the ICO and you will distribute all 2 000 000 coins to investors. Clearly, the price of 1 WORD will be less than 1 USD, it will be 0.025 USD.
You would need to raise 2 million USD or more to guarantee the minimum price of $1 per WORD.
How many coins are there and are they ERC20 tokens? Total number of coins in pre-ICO, ICO and post-ICO is 9 900 000 which is quite low number so the price could actually reach 1 USD and more, but it is confusing because you will give 2 million coins to investors who will invest much less than 2 million USD.
We organize PRE ICO to raise funds for marketing campaign and to prepare a working platform before ICO start.
During the ICO, the price for 1 wordcoin will start from 1 USD.
We'll sell 7 000 000 tokens during the ICO, and they are ERC20 tokens
The rate growth will start, when the more and more users will start using the platform. As the number of tokens is limited and the services are in high demand (considering platform numerous advantages), in 9 months, when the platform will be very popular, the rate will be very high.
