wallets are offline meaning that they're all syncing up, once the wallets are online the trading can probably commence.
The question now is, can anyone estimate when the wallets will go online?

I used a junk email to sign up for my original coinmarkets.com account. I tried the password recover at both the .com and .org domains, and both say the email is not recognized.
I'm not entering my user pass until I know which one, if either, of these exchanges are legit.
