With these items Worldcore has promoted its ICO. You know: Worldcore isn´t a company but only a brand of EUPSProvider s.r.o. Surely, EUPSProvider is licenced as a payment services provider by the Czech National Bank and is acting under general EU regulation for those institutions. But for an ICO you
don´t need a special licence, and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has not issued any public statement on ICOs yet - in other words: There doesn´t exist any problematic regulation for ICOs in the EU.
