HODL reward means, that you participate in pre-sale or normal sale, and you leave all your HEAL tokens untouched,then after 3 months of normal sale we distribute 1M HEAL tokens among those who HODL (didn't touch any portion of their funds), after 6 months we distribute an additional 2M HEAL tokens and after 9 months we distribute 7M more HEAL tokens, so you are incentivized to hold all your tokens for 9 months. For example if you move some or all of your funds at 7 months after normal sale, then you will get a portion of 3 months hodl reward (1M token), and 6 months hodl reward (2M token) if you keep all funds untouched for 9 months after normal sale, then you get a portion of all 3 hodl reward rounds.
