Be forewarned to those that are waitin on their KYC from their coin purchase. They changed the policy and no longer allow you to withdraw coins if you live in the US or China. I have 27k just sitting there. They say they are going to 'give refunds' at the end of the ICO. I wonder what kind of huge fee they will charge for the refund. I just want the coins because I believe in this project. I don't want my ETH back heh
Can't really fault them, China and the US have been ramping up their FUD and regulatory crap over the last weeks to make things harder and harder for their citizens to openly work with ICO's and crypto. PCL has to protect themselves from future allegations from both countries especially if they want to get onto the good exchanges.
It's sad but a fact that the US and China are trying to stranglehold the market, which makes sense as the more distributed platforms and currencies are the less hold the countries have on their citizens.
China seems to go in and out of regulation demands, every few months they go nuts, this time its mining they want to screw with.
