I have quite a lot of PCL on HITbtc, but I can not withdraw them out or deposit again. What is the problem? This is a technical work on HITbtc or a PCL token problem?

I work with peculium on idex regularly without any problem. Why do you keep wasting money and time on centralized exchanges?
the future is for decentralized exchanges and idex is the best

Actually HitBTC is performing maintance on 40-70 (incl. ADA, ARDR, BCC, MCO, NEO, PCL and many others) of their 303 assets listed without any ETA of finalization.

Good one to be in a dex. Radar relay doesn't really sound popular to me but maybe I will try them out one of these days to trade. Cryptobridge is a good Dex too

really good at your word, it's good PCL registered in hitbtc is there often do care so have to be patient if experiencing delay long enough i ever experience it without seeing announcement first.

Its not a routine maintenance, It has been down since so many days, if it was a routine maintenance it would have been back in hours or maximum in a day or two.

Yes investors will also be able to buy on exchange.
