I keep my med on gate io but i m little scared with all these hacks on exchange. I d'ont think there is any safe plateforms to keep them. If not, do you have news of this coin ?

Did you try contacting their support team? That's a bad story, I never thought of them like that.

EDIT: And yes mate, I'd like to suggest you something. It can happen due to bad calibration, do you have backup code of 2FA? If you have it, you may try deleting the current 2FA from Google Authenticator and then add it again. It just might solve up your problem!

Man if gate.io really did this all on purpose, it's something that must be highlighted. Resetting of 2FA by so-called hackers really seems suspicious, it just might be gate.io who did this all, as changing it without getting hold of your mobile is not an easy task.

And exchanges don't get "hacked" just like that. Only if they're slacking on security.

It seems like they have had access to your email address, because via your email it's possible to turn off the 2FA. Try to restore your inbox, junk, trash can, deleted trash can messages, etc. There will be a notification email if someone else has been in there (on the assumption it's an outsider). Google can assist you in restoring this all if you notify them about this. And were you able to trace the DOGECOIN somewhere?

If you think it's an insider, look up their company registration and trace all employers. Report the company at Interpol, econsumer.gov/#crnt and your local authorities. Won't get you your money back, but if enough people report this they will investigate this matter eventually.

I haven't heard this kind of complaint before about Gate.io. The reaction doesn't suit them either. Nothing's impossible though.
