I am not sure about listing on new exchange, but Dylan said that Spectiv finalized a major deal lately (he couldn't tell more) and we know about FOX Business airing soon. Also Signal Marketplace V2 is scheduled to be released on May 2nd. Since now we have a real product and lots of good press maybe some big exchange will add SIGs, who knows.

Hmmm.... good press coverage plus the start of a new altcoin season. More likely Spectiv is poise for a good price rally. Great news for ICO investors, especially them that waited since August of last year.

For the signal marketplace i know it was associated with their own marketplace for which you can buy and somehow sold your tokens. This is only my own point of view and understanding.
