I have acquired 3000 SIG on Monday and I have 2 concerns.

The first one is I didn't received any confirmation email. I've contacted Spectiv on the contact box directly on the site and on Twitter. No reply in both cases. So I would like to know if it's normal for them to take some time to reply.

My second concern is about KYC - ID confirmation. When I enter the code on the android app, it says invalid code. Also, if I pick the browser option - it ask me to upload a front & back picture (i guess it's for passport), and selfie picture. Is that right? Anyone encounter the same invalid code issue on the app?

Thanks in advance for clarifying my mind, I really like this project but it's my first ICO so i'm a bit lost.
