No bounties are good for investors cause no-one would dump 1 day after getting the tokens but also you need publication.

I agree that the market that DAO Playmarket wants to be in, is a very competitive market. Not having a bounty campaign is a risky move. Hopefully, they have some other marketing strategies, otherwise the ICO competition is just too hard to compete in.
