    I have already filled up the LUP claim, but till now haven't transferred the EVN tokens to the Deposit address. I understand there is no hope from this shitty project unless there is some positive news for the investors from liquidators. But shall I wait for some more time before transferring the tokens? Or transfer the tokens to the deposit address without giving a second thought?

    Also is anyone receiving the regular updates via email about the court proceedings? Or checking website(https://www.envion-konkurs.ch/) is the only option left?

    envion-konkurs.ch is your friend. LUP not! Revoke your PoA and stay away from LUP. Transfer your tokens to the liquidator asap

    I think, that I've missed something in this thread... Is there any possibility to come back invesments invested into Envion project? And what is the situation with Envion team in general?

    If we look at the current situation it may still be the same.
    Twitter account is still locked (of course there is no update whatsoever), the site has not recovered, the telegram group only has less than 200 people, and the token is not listed on any exchange except etherdelta.
    better forget this project

    I know that this thread is not active from long time but I can't find the other one about Envion bankruptcy and ongoing case, if anybody can point me to or share link it would be great.

    Few members sent me DMs asking about the case and if got something paid already.

    To be honest, long time ago I got an email from the layers that the Envion case is being finished and now they will start to pay to investors.

    Anybody knows how this looks like today? What with bankruptcy, any updates?

    "According to the liquidator, they are merging the portal data with ICO data and will be releasing the schedule of claims soon. That doesn’t really give us any idea of when they will be finished, but at least tells us what point in the liquidation we are at."
