hi man, thanks for the answer. but i think setting a 20m hard cap just for a pre sale is very unrealistic. besides you will still have a token sale , right? by the why whe is the token sale ?

How ppl in 3rd world countries or ppl without proper bank acc be able to deposit if they got no visa mastetcard nothing. Then u said u can withdraw by wire? Wire where if this ppl got no bank acc in first place. How u cash out to fiat? Cant make sense of it.
