That is the part people do not understand fully. You could be around for 100 years if you want to, if you do not do your job properly then it is not going to be liked and will not be supported. I believe that Lightlord did something awesome and kudos to him so far, but after that he started to lack the care for running a business at this level.
lightlord had gain that respect from the community for that whole long years , it is just recently when he neglected the community concern and also the players concern about Him and the companies he owned and managed.
No matter how "great" you were before, it just prolongs the date where people will eventually stop caring about you and that is the biggest case here, we are seeing them doing a lot worse job and that is why we are talking about how lightlord should be doing a better job even though he already did such a great job before back in the day. That is how business world works, you could be awesome for 10 years, then be bad for 1 year and everyone will focus on that latest 1 year that you sucked in their complaints.
a 10 great job will be taken by single mistake , this is how the world goes and why we must be aware of every step or action we will deliver .
