very few ico's get their hardcap these days, most people wait for after listing because there's always a little dump. Personally I invest in ico's not to make quick flip profits but because I want the project to succeed. If that means my investment drops a little after listing, so be it, because my contribution helped launch the marketing, set partnerships and more. If people weren't so fucking selfish wanting the quick bucks without a care in the world for the projects they buy into, ICO's wouldn't have become a bubble.
