As per the FAQ on our website, the lower limit for pre-ICO investments is 0.25 BTC or 5 ETH. There is no upper limit.

Only BTC and ETH will be accepted.

We will then select the highest ranked projects, and we will for them offer insurance service that can be bought by using DHT tokens.

Well, why do you insure your health if you’re not going to be ill or break your limbs? There’s lots of new ICOs today, some of them are competitors, so they become more and more similar to regular investments.
