It might be delayed because of poor exchange conditions right now and i would gladly see them not to force it because of community pressure. New year is kind of mental barrier and a lot can change in the next few weeks.

Listing in a decent exchange would also cost a lot, and clearly there are not much money to be invested on that. Let's see how it will turn out vut I'm not very confident.

in effect, if the tokens are cheaper on the exchanges, why buy them during the ico? if no one buys it during the ico, how does the project go forward? to be developed without funds? i think anyway ehf is already at a good point with fundraising...

true. but not everyone that participates in ICOs knows how to enter in the contract address at a dex to find out if the tokens are being sold cheaper.
