The alts depends on BTC and ETH valuation imho-  ie. When btc and or eth crashed they to. Unless otherwise your altcoin have received investments from real clients, that’s the time youll see altcoins rising up it’s value as they earned more capitalization. Which means more valuation.

I would say it's correction and it's pretty normal rather than we said that it is crashed. Those things always happens on all altcoins even bitcoin especially when bearish market started or when the bull market has come to end and corrections on market will start for the market to be healthy.

Correction is much more pleasant term. I think that we can separate them something like that: correction - price goes down up to -20%, and the crash is when price goes below that.
I think as long as crypto is going to exist (it will be a long journey for sure), there will be crashes and 'moons' happening all the time as natural cycles. The question is how to predict or foresee these cycles, in order to prepare a proper strategy in order to make a best profit out of them.

In any case, if you purchase alts you need to understand that in the long run they will constantly rise and fall. The price for them is very dependent on many factors

I am wondering will it ever recover again?
Why is every coin crashing?
Will some good ones survive?

I think it is normal to see Altcoins crash because in crypto market there will always a day when Altcoins rises whole time but crashes someday in the future. We can have our choice to make decisions to sell for cutting loss or gold until the Altcoins recover in the future.

as you can see now altcoins fall in price strongly. the news background is not very negative like, but the market for some reason falls.

When bitcoin crash or ETH mostly all alts follow, but when they pump, you'll see some alts will not recover, it is like the battle of survival so just hold those that worth holding, maybe those in top 10 at coinmarketcap list or those ongoing developments that are really working. Let's just hope crash will end soon and starts to recover.

One thing is certain in this market: there are ups and downs. So definitely, alts will crash once more.
But the coupling with BTC is what kills it the most. But this will definitely change. We are already seeing this somewhat with ETH: when you look at coin charts with ETH pairings they show less coupling with BTC.
We still have a long way to go, however. But one thing that you can do is invest with coins that show promise in utility, and not just profit.. like Multiversum. With that assurance, you can weather the storms with much more comfort.
