ethereum currently has a high price movement and is very fast. but bitcoin becomes one of the coins in cryptocurrency which has the most expensive price. I think both eth and btc coins have good potential in 2018.

Both. Bitcoin us warming up for another run to $30000 while ethereum is discovering new prices as a result of its development  and proactive solutions to it's  scaling problems.  2018 will be very positive for crypto in my opinion.

ETH had its fun this year and got pumped a lot. and usually altcoins only stay active for a limited time before a new altcoin comes along and takes their place.
it is hard to say which one at this point, there are a lot of them with the potential for sure. Waves is an example. even coins like IOTA and also my favorite ByteBall which added smart contracts recently. or maybe a brand new coin with same hypes.

when it comes to altcoins try not to limit yourself to only 1 or 2.

both are good investments in 2018. but btc for sure. it will rise for sure. now is a good time to buy. price is at 13k$

Ethereum wins everytime. Lower transaction fees and used for almost all ICO’s. Just gutted i didn’t accumulate at a lower price.

everybody now gives more confidence to ethereum, maybe this is due to the unstable bitcoin prices of late and they believe that eth will continue to rise.

If we base it from prices I would say bitcoin will still be the most expensive coin more expensive than ETH, but in terms of performance and growth I think ETH will rule that line. It might growth to a few thousand $ increase in value however it will not defeat the current price of a BTC maybe not this year but I see a lot of potential of ETH to replace BTC in the coming years. Due to increasing transaction fees of BTC people will soon think of other cryptocurrency and that could be ETH. So if you are still starting out i would really advise to start with ETH rather than BTC if you want to earn large profits.

In my opinion, you better to consider both Bitcoin and Ethereum as both were alredy known  by many people and the demands by people is higher than other coins. We can buy both and hold it for a long period of time because as of right now they are stable and gradually increasing and with some dips. But in the long run they both still performing like last year 2017. So we better to buy now because the price is still low and hold until it rises again.
