Reality is that debit cards linked to alt coins/tokens that can be used in an atm to extract fiat are many years away

thus, before the EFX buying/selling volume in exchangers are great, not many broker would be willing to take the risk...
that's why the debit card idea was being suggested earlier
anyway, debit card idea was not the best options
it could be a temporary option until the brokers come in

Another way of going around is sell the earned EFX and get ETH (BTC in the future). transfer the ETH into crypto debit card. Withdraw the fiat with ATM

You got that right guys - for regular M-Turk users, not crypto tech-savvy ones, there needs to be simple and easy way to cash their EFX out. Debit card which convert tokens on the fly while paying is a good idea, but we also need some other options. I think FIAT gateway on Effect platform would be useful too, so you can withdraw USD/EUR or other currency to your bank account/paypal/revolut. Another good option would be some deals with online retail shops to accept EFX as payment method.

A small question for the team. How you gonna deal with price volatility of the token? For example the reward is still 0.2 efx per task, but the price dropped by 50%. Its ok for beta. If its fixed in the mainnet there will be risk to lose the workers in case of price dump or partners in case of pump. Maybe there will be price boosts or the reward will change due to market conditions?
