In other words token holders won't have a say when it comes to the decision making process which real estate should be bought and which should not?

The token holders will have the right to vote to choose one of several equal objects. They will have a chose.

Do you think this is a good solution? It seems to me that everyone should do what he knows. I think that not always investors will be able to correctly determine which property to sell and which one to buy
