By mid 2018 Equitybase aims to launch a fully functional website which will be the Equitybase Platform. Once the platform is live investors/users can invest in any amount of commercial real estate holdings and receive/release dividends from rent roll along with asset appreciation.
Any participant will be able to invest in fractional commercial real estate and receive dividends from rental rentals, along with an increase in the value of assets that will be held under a reasonable contract and paid for by crypto or currency, and by the liquidity of traditional public markets. By the fall of 2018, iOS and Android applications will be available to users of this platform, as well as full functionality of the official site on mobile devices.
