Project seems good, but real estate is quite complicated Industry requiring regulations, healthy cashflows and providing affordable space... Would love to see crypto projects making this industry more transparent and affordable...
Crypto is awesome and productive but being associated with a real-estate is not that lucrative and we already saw that in some previous real-estate related to crypto projects, we can cite the REX, REAL and some still existing project about real-estate that did not go productive.
