Is the price on Crex24 about 400 satoshi serious?

More "popular" exchanges want 1 - 20 BTC just for listing. If you can donate us that much BTC, we'd be glad to get on Cryptopia, Bitfinex, Bittrex etc..

Best way to donate. Elicoin is a grass roots coin and money is needed to list on higher end exchanges. All the popular exchanges are pay to play

Depends on what do you mean by "legit". This exchange works OK, we have tested it. They have been hacked some week back, but they started it again and it works now.
