Regarding unsold tokens, they will not be burned, but added into reserve tokens.

As for the team tokens, they'll be locked up for 9 months. 10% can sell at the time of listing and 30% release per 3 months.

First of all because we need time to send the tokens to all the participants (till the tokens gets listed on exchanges).
Also that will help to ensure the SPD liquidity
