Since unsold tokens will be frozen, they will own 1,500,000,000 tokens, if I understood everything correctly

Raising 60k ETH from the public sale is not a thing now, If the team making private sales then the investors will ask for discounts on ICO price which will affect the price once the token reaches the exchange.
