Just for the sake of adding value to the discussion, it's worth noting you can fudge the pool's actual hashrate. If for some wild reason a pool wanted to hide a lot of its actual hashrate.

I have some questions about PoS. So if I understand it correctly, I will get 1% of any coins that stay in the wallet for 30 days or more, is this correct?
Does the wallet need to be running for 30 days for it to work?

It's 1.5% per year. So get that amount and divide by 12 months if you want an estimate of your PoS coins per month, also assuming you don't move or use those coins and let them sit there. Your wallet needs to be online at least a few hours per day, with or without a password (depends on some configuration.)

Wow! hehe. Mining some more!

I dunno what its value is on the Chinese exchanges, but on Cryptsy it's definitely crashing. Looks like there are buy orders setup incrementally in order to do this on purpose too, either to buy it super duper cheap, or XYZ purpose. It's down to the 4x satoshi range. We could see it half of that within a week.

Cryptsy represents a very tiny corner of the TAG volume being traded though, this is mostly an Asian coin.

There's very little volume on sell orders, someone with 1 or 2btc could buy them all out and push price to around 100 satoshi. but still, it appears Titanicoin has been sighted, at least on this exchange.

The coins viewed as valuable haven't had major issues. Litecoin in fact is going up despite bitcoin going down. Many altcoins have dropped, but only a few have been truly snowballing, tag is one of them. This is based on some charts and algo's run on the stats comparing it over the past few months.

Objective viewpoint:

* Still waiting to hear about all these business advancements
* Only public movement on the web end have been broken games
* Public mining hashrate is not indicative of being popular
* Plenty of circumstancial evidence to show the 'wall of orphan blocks' was nefarious, and not a normal part of mining (especially in light of recent admittance of various attacks, and whitepapers on attacks on altcoins)
* Very clearly an Asian coin, not a general market coin

Time will tell.

I think Tagcoin became less attractive with the orphan issue.
Miners quit and people lost trust in the coin.

I think This coin will be fine in the future, but untill it needs an active team (including Mark), and community -> us!
